1. About us
These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by SKYN Group Ltd, trading as SKYN Clinic & Academy, registered at Moffat House, 14–20 Pall Mall, Floor 2, Liverpool, L3 6AL. Email: info@skyn.app.
2. Eligibility
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services, create an account, book treatments, or enrol on training courses. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Clinic treatments
All treatments are carried out in our CQC-registered clinic by qualified practitioners. A consultation is required before any treatment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest.
Booking and cancellation
Appointments can be booked through the online platform. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
5. Training courses
Enrolment
Course places are secured by paying a deposit or the full course fee through our online payment system (powered by Stripe). The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the course start date.
Cancellation and cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of enrolment during which you may cancel for a full refund. To cancel, email info@skyn.app with your name and enrolment details.
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period but more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a refund less the deposit amount. Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable, though we will endeavour to transfer your place to a future date where possible.
Course changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, dates, or educators. If a course is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings and enrolments.
Refunds
Refunds for clinic treatments are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for training courses are subject to the cancellation policy described above. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of SKYN Group Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
